RETURNS POLICY​​

Should the product not meet a basic level of performance, not perform the intended purpose; or not match the description or sample, we are happy to refund the product. Unfortunately if you change your mind we are unable to refund your money.

Please return the goods to us at Klik Sinkers: Suite 3/602 Wynnum Road, Morningside, Qld 4170 within 14 days of your receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all the original packaging. Unfortunately, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

Please report any incorrect, missing or damaged items to Klik SInkers on 0414 853 267 within 24 hours of your receiving the delivery.

Any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty goods back to Klik Sinkers are to be met by the customer.

WARRANTY POLICY​​​
All our goods are sold with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. If you have received goods which you believe to be defective or are faulty then please call on 0414 853 267 or email scotf@kliksinkers.com so we can assess the issue and determine if there is a valid warranty claim.

Faulty goods will be replaced or repaired by Klik Sinkers at our digression. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided in place of a warranty claim.

If the product is found in any way to be mishandled, modified, tampered with, abused or physically damaged the warranty will be void.

PLACING ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Klik Sinkers. The prices of products, services and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however, Klik Sinkers reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Klik Sinkers retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, an error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.

Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Currently Klik Sinkers does not process orders from overseas through its website. Please contact us via email to discuss your individual needs and the freight charges. All international enquiries and orders should be emailed to scotf@kliksinkers.com Please include your delivery address so we can calculate shipping. Payment for all international orders will require a custom invoice to be generated.

PAYMENT
For on-line orders payments can be made using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro). If you want to pay via direct deposit please email your order through and a custom invoice can be created for you. The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Klik Sinkers until the full amount is paid.

All products listed on Kliksinkers.com are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are listed exclusive of but subject to GST.
​
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 3 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option.

The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Klik Sinkers. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Kliksinkers.com. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
​
FREIGHT COSTS
Freight is a flat fee of $15.40 for orders purchased through our online store. The method of delivery will be at the discretion of Klik Sinkers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Kliksinkers.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
​
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Klik Sinkers within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. If the item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Returns must be carefully packed, freight paid and insured, as we cannot freight receive freight collect shipments, nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. We will credit you with your original method of payment.

The Klik Sinkers owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
​
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your online order, your order can be returned for either a refund or exchange. If you paid for shipping on your order you will receive a refund on the goods purchased, but not on the shipping and handling cost. All return shipping charges are payable by the purchaser. All refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

WARRANTY CLAIM
All goods sold by Klik Sinkers come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable. Klik Sinkers should be contacted on 0414 853 267 prior to sending any item back for refund or replacement so that an assessment can be made of the situation before shipping costs are incurred by the customer.

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer as a priority. Should the product be unreplaceable or unrepairable, a refund or exchange will occur. Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Klik Sinkers.
All warranties are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused or physically damaged. Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number.

Klik Sinkers is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Klik Sinkers. If Klik Sinkers deem the product to have a fault, a replacement item will be sent free of charge or if this is not possible a refund will be provided.
